About Keith J. Haar, MD
Dr. Keith Haar, MD and board certified dermatologist, is the founder of Arrowhead Dermatology. Dr. Haar is a 1987 graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, MD. He received his outstanding dermatology training and residency in the USAF at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Haar received his undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, and served in the United States Marine Corp prior to attending and graduating from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.He was board certified in dermatology in 1992 and was recertified by examination in 2002. He served as Chief of Dermatology Services at both Scott AFB, IL and Luke AFB, AZ prior to departing the USAF. Dr. Haar started Arrowhead Dermatology in 1999. He takes pride in, and works in earnest, to stay on the cutting edge of the rapidly evolving world of dermatology services and techniques available. Dr. Haar consistently exceeds continuing medical education requirements. He is a member of the Maricopa County Medical Society, Phoenix Dermatologic Society, Arizona Dermatology Society, the Pacific Dermatologic Association, and the American Society of Mohs Surgeons. Dr. Haar is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Haar looks forward to welcoming you to Arrowhead Dermatology.
