About Karl Lewis, DMD
Dr. Lewis received his undergraduate degree in Anthropology at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL where he was one of two students honored with the prestigious Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award. He then went on to the University of Louisville School Of Dentistry and served as the president of his class. Dr. Lewis then completed a one year General Practice Residency at the University of Louisville Hospital. In this intense year of training Dr. Lewis developed his philosophy and skill set centered on providing high quality comprehensive dental care with whole-body and systemic health of his patients being the priority. Dr. Lewis devotes much of his time to continuing education in the areas of Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Root Canal Therapy, Dentures, Partials, Oral Surgery, and modalities of relaxation for the anxious or fearful dental patient.
