About Judy L. Husen, DDS
Dr. Judy Husen lives in Corte Madera, just blocks from the house she grew up in, with her loving husband, Charles Panfely. She earned her Bachelor of Science at UC Davis. Dr. Husen attended the University of the Pacific Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry and earned her DDS in 1986. She practiced clinical dentistry while in the Air Force from 1986 to 1995. One of the highlights of her time in the Air Force was seeing the sun rise from the top of Mt. Fuji. After returning to California, she practiced with her father in San Francisco before purchasing her practice in Larkspur in 1998. Dr. Husen and Charles have a daughter, Jeanne, who is a published author living in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Husen is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Marin County Dental Society currently serving on the board of the Marin County Dental Society. She is the Chair of the Advisory Committee supporting the Registered Dental Assistant program at the College of Marin. She also keeps her skills current and helps her patients have their best smiles as a Spears Education Group faculty club member. Her hobbies are healthy eating and cooking, knitting, and reading. She also enjoys being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and gardening.
