About Joelle Balmir-Thevenin, DDS
With nearly 30 years of experience, Joelle Balmir-Thevenin, DDS is a compassionate dentist who offers comprehensive, high quality gentle dental care in her state-of-the art practice. Dr. Balmir-Thevenin completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1986 at Faculté d'Odontologie in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In 1988, she attended NYU and became licensed in New York. She practiced in NY for over 5 years before relocating to Miami, working in Little Haiti and North Miami prior to opening her current practice. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Dade County Dental Society and the Florida Dental Association. Dr. Balmir-Thevenin and her staff are proud of the warm patient-friendly environment they have created and of the lifelong relationships they have built with multi-generational families in the area.
