About Jenny Zhang, DDS
Dr. Jenny Zhang brings to you over 20 years of research and clinical experience in dental health. She obtained her Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and was awarded her Master of Science in Pharmacology from Oregon State University. Prior to this, she received her first dental degree from one of China's top dental schools, the West China University of Medical Sciences (WCUMS), School of Dentistry. As one of the top students in her class, Dr. Zhang was recommended to be a graduate student by waiving the National Graduate Student Entrance Examination. She was then awarded the Master of Medical Science and Master Degree in Periodontics. After that, she worked as a lecturer and periodontal specialist at her alma mater. Dr. Zhang is a highly experienced dentist, with many years of experience practicing in China and the United States. Before opening her own office, she practiced as a general dentist in private dental offices around the Bay Area. In 2003, she opened her first dental office in San Jose. With business expanding, her 2nd office debuted in May 2008 in Sunnyvale. Dr. Zhang is dedicated to providing the highest standards of family dental care by giving personal attention to each patient of all ages. Her treatment philosophy focuses on excellent oral care and prevention, as Dr. Zhang believes that regular professional care and good dental habits will guarantee a lifetime of healthy teeth. Dr. Zhang believes in the importance of patient education so that patients are involved in their oral health care and are able to make informed decisions regarding their oral health needs.
