About Hongsok Hwang, DDS
Dr. Hwang received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University in 1992 and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University in 1998. Dr. Hwang also completed a general residency from King's County Hospital at SUNY Downstate. He has also received a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has extensive training in dental cosmetics and implants as well as extensive training in TMD and orthodontics from The Center for Occlusal Studies. Dr. Hwang is Korean-American and is fluent in English and proficient in Korean. He is married and enjoys traveling, golfing, hiking and practicing yoga.
