About Heather F. Fleschler, DDS
Dr. Heather Fleschler, D.D.S. was born and raised in the Meyerland/Bellaire area of Houston, Texas. She received her B.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000. After her undergraduate education, Dr. Fleschler went on to receive her dental degree, D.D.S., from the University of Texas-Houston Dental Branch in 2004. In her senior year, Dr. Fleschler was awarded honors from the Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry, Public Health Dentistry, and Patient Management. Dr. Fleschler continued her education by completing a General Practice Residency Program at the University of Texas-Houston Dental Branch in 2005.Since completing dental school, Dr. Fleschler has demonstrated a commitment to providing quality patient care through advanced dental education which keeps her current in both knowledge and skill. Dr. Fleschler earned the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Fellowship Award. This distinction is held by less than 7% of dentists nationwide. Dr. Fleschler is also a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), studying both advanced cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry. Dr. Fleschler earned the designation of Fellow from LVI Global in 2015.Dr. Fleschler maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, and the International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics. When not at the office, Dr. Fleschler enjoys physical fitness, including Pilates, and she has participated in several marathons and triathlons. She loves traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
