About Gino A. Brino, DMD
Dr. Gino Anthony Brino graduated from the University of Connecticut as an Honor Scholar in Biological Sciences and received his dental degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1998. He was president of his dental class of 1998. He attended a General Practice Residency at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT where he received the Most Outstanding Resident Award. He highly values continuing education. He was awarded the Master Award by the Academy of General Dentistry in June 2013. He is also the leader of a Connecticut Spear Education study club. Dr. Brino is an advocate of his profession. He is a member of the Connecticut State Dental Association, Faculty Club of the Spear Dental Institute, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Dental Society of Greater Southington, and the National Italian/American Medical Society. He serves in the Connecticut State Dental Assocation as both Exhibitor Chairman and as a member on the Council of Continuing Education. He volunteers for dental missions by providing dental care in Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and participating in Southington's free dental care days. Dr. Brino is a life long resident of Southington, CT. His wife's name is Sandra and they have two daughters Valerie and Cecilia. He enjoys the outdoors, camping, biking, family, and also spends a lot of his free time mentoring the Southington High School Robotics Team.
