About Frank J. Bernero, DDS

In addition to general family dentistry, Dr. Bernero places a special emphasis on orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and implant restoration. Joining Plum Grove Dental Center in 1993, Dr. Bernero is proud to celebrate more than 20 years of creating beautiful smiles and lasting friendships with his patients. He and his team pride themselves on providing the highest quality, most comfortable dental care in a state-of-the-art environment. In addition to general family dentistry, Dr. Bernero places a special emphasis on orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and implant restoration. Dr. Bernero was recently named one of the Chicago area's top dentists by Chicago Consumers' Checkbook. A graduate of DePaul University and the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, Dr. Bernero served as president of the U of I Dental Student Council and was honored with the top student leadership award. Dr. Bernero completed his residency at Northwestern Hospital and the Veterans Administration Lakeside Hospital, and he has also served as a faculty member at Northwestern University's Dental School. He has achieved more than 1,000 hours of continuing education. When he's not conquering dental decay, Dr. Bernero can be found playing hockey, golf or tennis. He resides in Inverness, where he is active in the local community and has served on the Palatine Board of Health for over 10 years.
