About Farzam Maleki, DDS
Dr. Maleki graduated from King’s College School of Dental Surgery, University of London in 1992. Following five years of general practice, he entered the University of Minnesota to pursue his graduate degree. In May 2000, he received his Specialist Certificate in Prosthodontics as well as his Master of Science degree. Dr. Maleki is a Board Certified Prosthodontist and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. Following graduation, Dr. Maleki joined Northwestern Memorial Hospital as an attending specialist in December 2000. In addition, he held a clinical assistant professor position with Feinberg (Northwestern University) Medical School, through the Division of Dental Surgery. Dr. Maleki is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. He is licensed in the states of Arizona, Illinois and Minnesota. Additionally, Dr. Maleki is a member of both the American Dental Association and the Arizona Dental Association, and he has been in private practice limited to Prosthodontics & Dental Implants in Scottsdale, Arizona since October 2002. In 2011, he became a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona Dental Society. As a result of his commitment to lifelong learning and continuing education, Dr. Maleki takes, on average, over four times the amount of CE courses required by the state boards. Because of his clinical knowledge and expertise he is often recruited to lecture in the field of Prosthodontics and Dental Implants. He resides in Scottsdale with his wife and their three children.
