About Dorothy Hoyt-Rehm, DMD
Dr. Dorothy Hoyt-Rehm grew up in Fair Haven, where her father was a highly regarded orthodontist. She received her B.S. from Indiana University and then graduated from the dental hygiene program at University of Pennsylvania. After practicing dental hygiene for a few years, she decided to attend dental school. Dr. Hoyt-Rehm received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry. Following graduation, she completed a Hospital Residency in General Dentistry at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Dr. Hoyt-Rehm is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society. She continues to pursue dental excellence by attending continuing education programs offered by the Jersey Shore University Medical Center and the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Hoyt-Rehm has worked at our practice since 1985. Growing up in Fair Haven, she has many connections in the local area. Dr. Hoyt-Rehm lives at Triple Brook Nursery in Colts Neck with her husband and their two children. She and her family enjoy gardening, boating, fishing, golfing, skiing, bowling, going to the beach, fossil hunting, and cooking.
