About Dennis P. Mohney, DDS
Dr. Dennis Mohney has practiced dentistry for over 20 years, most of which have been right here is Miami Lakes. He has enjoyed developing and maintaining relationships with his patients over the years. He finds it very gratifying to treat third generation patients. After growing up in Michigan, Dr. Mohney earned his B.S. degree in package engineering at Michigan State University. Then he went on to Northwestern University in Chicago for his dental training. After two years of practicing in Chicago, he moved to Miami. Since 1973, Dr Mohney has belonged to the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He also belongs to the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the International Team for Implantology. Dr. Mohney takes his profession very seriously, and is a member of three different dental study clubs, most noteably, a charter member of the prestigeous Seattle Study Club. Dr. Mohney has completed post-graduate programs at the Misch Implant Institute, the Dawson Institute for Advanced Study, and Frank Spear's Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Mohney is a member of The National Dental Practice-Based Research Network in conjunction with the University of Florida.
