About David R. Hendrick, DDS
Dr. David Hendrick is a native of Shelby, North Carolina, and describes himself as the ultimate “Carolina Man.” He studied at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and received a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry in 1992. He then went on to receive training in cosmetic, reconstructive, implant, endodontic, and Invisalign/Clear Correct dentistry, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at UNC in 1995. As a South Park dentist with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Hendrick strives to make each patient comfortable and safe during their procedure. His main goal is to try to alter the public’s perception of dentistry and dentists in general, so that more people can overcome their dental phobias and receive proper oral care! Dr. Hendrick is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Isothermal Dental Society. When he’s not working in our Charlotte dentist office, he enjoys a round of golf, fishing, and traveling. There’s nothing like a dentist that can reel in a smile.
