About Darryl D. Burke, DDS
Dr. Burke was born and raised in the Chicago area. He graduated high school in 1985. He attended Loyola University- Lake Shore campus, in 1988, where he decided to take the Dental Aptitude Test (DAT) exam and apply for dental school before he received his Bachelor of Science. He got accepted and received his dental degree in 1992 from Loyola School of Dentistry in Maywood, Illinois. After graduation, he practiced and concentrated on full mouth rehabilitation and occlusion. He was a dentist in the town of Cicero, Illinois. There he spent his time helping the less fortunate doing lots of surgery by removing infected teeth, pediatric dentistry and stabilizing patients that needed the help. In 1996, Dr. Burke moved to California. In 1998, he stated his own practice focusing on general, family, and cosmetic dentistry. In 2004, after outgrowing his current location, he purchased a building and built a new practice that could better serve his patients and the surrounding community. Dr. Burke has been restoring implants since 2000. He is a member of the ADA, Contra Costa Association and the California State Dental Society. He is a graduate of the Engel Institute, where he learned surgical placement of implants, advanced surgical and grafting techniques to full mouth reconstruction. Now he is now a mentor of the Engel Institute teaching other dentists to place implants and grafting techniques. He utilizes guided surgery by the use of Cone Beam technology and surgical stents provide by companies such as Anatomage. Dr. Burke has his own in office ""Green CT"" machine by Vatech. He can provide superior technology to allow for fast and accurate diagnosis. He has performed many successful surgeries involving immediate extraction and placement, implant placements, and all-over-four implant denture placement by using guided surgery techniques.
