About Daniel L. Edwards, DDS
Taught residents and practiced general dentistry for 3 years (1999-2002) at a General Practice Residency advanced training program in Chicago. Moved back to Ann Arbor in 2002, and became an associate in private practice and began teaching at the dental school. Currently a part-time Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Dr. Edwards also serves on several committees and acts as a mentor for student groups at the dental school (Delta Sigma Delta, American Student Dental Association, Dental Student Business Association). He also enjoys keeping up with new materials, techniques, procedures and products by attending continuing education courses and by meeting monthly with his local colleagues in a study group (Spear Study Club).
