About Curtis E. Hahn, DDS
Dr. Hahn received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Cum Laude) from GMI Engineering and Management Institute (now Kettering University). He worked in the automotive industry in positions of increasing responsibility in tooling management, project engineering, program management and engineering management. He worked on complex welded assemblies from seat frames to lawnmowers from the U.S. to Mexico and even Japan! While working in engineering, Dr. Hahn earned his MBA from The University of Michigan – Flint with highest distinction. Dr. Hahn continued his studies at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry graduating in the top quarter of his class. Dr. Hahn has completed continuing education in areas of implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and periodontics. Dr. Hahn is a member of The American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He and his wife, Jill, have three school aged children: Alexander, Julianna and Nathaniel. All the children enjoy sports and music. The boys are particularly enthusiastic about baseball, and Julianna really enjoys cheerleading. They each enjoy playing piano and Alexander has started violin with the school orchestra. Dr. Hahn is also passionate about music and plays piano and organ and is a member of the Grand Rapids Chapter of the American Guild of Organists. The family enjoys spending time together in sports, music and outdoor activities like hiking and biking. They are actively involved in their church, Trinity Lutheran, where they employ some of their musical talents in the choirs and handbell ensemble.
