About Chris E. Perkins, DDS
Dr. Perkins completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1985, from Lamar University, in Beaumont, Texas. In 1990, he graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Perkins went on to complete a post Doctorate Fellowship in dental implants from Southwest Implant Institute in 1991. Dr. Perkins is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Houston District Dental Society. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and Diplomate of The American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry. Dr. Perkins is a Fellow in the Misch International Implant Institute. He is also an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a member of the American College of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Perkins is on the surgical staff at Kingwood Medical Center. Dr. Perkins’ greatest joy is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and he knows dentistry is his ministry. He has volunteered for many mission trips over the years. Dr. Perkins has been a resident of Kingwood with his wife, Brenda, his two children, Christie and Cody, since 1991. Some of the many other things Dr. Perkins enjoys are fishing, hunting, sailing, and playing golf.
