Dr. Chet Hawkins, MAGD, FACD is one of only 2,300 dentists around the world who have earned the honor of being a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). He has also been awarded a Fellowship in the American College of Dentists (FACD) by his peers. Additionally, Dr. Hawkins received advanced training from the L.D. Pankey Institute, the world’s top post-doctoral educational institute for dentists. Dr. Hawkins is always expanding on his educational pedigree and has 1,000’s of hours of continuing training. Being an ongoing student is the key to Dr. Hawkins continued success as a general dentist. It lets him maintain his zeal for dentistry while bringing the latest technological breakthroughs to his patients. Dr. Hawkins is also committed to patient education, and he empowers his patients to become responsible, lifelong partners in their own oral health. Dr. Chet Hawkins began his career working for his father, Dr. Darrell Hawkins. Dr. Darrell was the first dentist in the entire Clear Lake area and passed his passion for exceptional care and high-quality treatment to his son, Dr. Chet. Because of this, Dr. Chet Hawkins is uniquely qualified to choose and asses lab work and only allows the finest lab work available to be used for his patients.
