About Carlos Mirabal, DMD
Dr. Carlos Mirabel was born in Havana, Cuba. In 1994, he moved to Miami, Florida with his sister, Dr. Beatriz Mirabel Garces, where he completed his Bachelors in Biology at Florida International University.
