Carla has over 25 years of expertise as a make-up artist and aesthetician and has trained at prestigious beauty institutions such as Dior, Versace, and Chanel – to name a few. She has worked alongside Dr. Laufer since 2004, offering services which complement a medical treatment plan including skin care management before and after laser treatments and facial surgery. Carla has performed every type of facial on all skin types. She specializes in treating problem skin types including sensitive skin, rosacea, acne prone skin, pigment irregularities, melasma, sun-damaged skin, and dry, aging skin. She also performs a wide variety of other aesthetic services such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing and make-up applications, and can recommend appropriate skin care products and assist with purchasing. Carla is known for her excellent results and service, combined with her goal to make her clients look and feel their best. The personal attention she gives each client with her kind and caring manner coupled with her extensive skin care experience makes her an invaluable member of the Laufer Institute team.
