About Brian T. Kelly, DDS
Dr. Brian Kelly was born and raised in Plymouth where he developed a passion for dentistry at a very young age. He grew up around the dental field, and served as a dental assistant prior to his formal dental education. He obtained his doctorate of dental surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, and has practiced in the Detroit metropolitan area ever since. Dr. Kelly makes each dental experience as relaxing as possible through his easy-going demeanor. It is his personal mission to provide gentle treatment, while delivering high quality care for you and your family. He is a member of the American Dental Association, as well as the Michigan Dental Association and taken many postgraduate courses in different aspects of dentistry, including endodontics (root canal therapy), and Invisalign treatment (clear aligner orthodontics). Dr. Kelly was even voted a “Top Invisalign Dentist 2019,” and continues to grow his skill set to give patients the best options for their individual needs. In his free time, Dr. Kelly enjoys golfing, reading, and watching U of M sports (Go Blue!). Most of all, he enjoys going “up North” with his wife and three rescue dogs where they spend time with extended family. Dr. Kelly is new to Newman Family Dentistry, and feels very fortunate to join our practice!
