About Brian A. Hicks, DDS
Dr. Hicks is a Chicago native and has been practicing dentistry since 1990. He is a graduate of Loyola University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, and the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He proudly served as a medical services officer for the United States Air Force from 1990-1994. Dr. Hicks believes in a relationship based practice where dental care is provided to each patient based on their own individual needs and desires. The process of co-discovery encourages each patient's active participation in their own care. Dr. Hicks has a commitment to excellence and has studied at some of the finest post-graduate institutions in dentistry, including the L.D. Pankey Institute, the Scottsdale Institute for Dentistry and Dr. Frank Spear, and the Piper Education and Research Center. He is an active member and founder of several dental study clubs. Dr. Hicks enjoys backpacking, kayaking, running and photography and he is an active member of his church community.
