About Brian J. Chiffer, DMD

We look forward to assisting you in achieving optimal oral health and a beautiful smile. Dr. Chiffer graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1979. After one year of residency he opened his first practice in Middletown, CT. He opened his second, and present office, in South Glastonbury, CT in 1984. He maintains current knowledge and skills by regular attendance at educational seminars and meetings including the CT Chapter of the Seattle Study Club, the CT Implant Institute., and The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, The American Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association. In his spare time, Dr. Chiffer enjoys many sports and exploring the history of Roaring Brook industry here in Glastonbury. He has written several articles for the Glastonbury Citizen as an active member of the Historical Society of Glastonbury. He is married to his high school sweetheart, has two grown daughters and welcomed a grandson in April 2015 and another one December 2017.
