About Brad Pirok, DMD
Dr. Pirok received his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He was a student practitioner in the School of Dental Medicine’s honors clinic, focusing on the treatment of medically complex patients. He performed clinical research on the specific effects of the HIV virus on oral health, as well as on the effective provision of dental care to patients with complex medical histories. Dr. Pirok is a member of the American Dental Association and the Northeast Implant Study Group. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and is also working towards accreditation in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as being a founding member of the Empire State Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Pirok is certified by Cerinate® in the cosmetic placement of Lumineers® porcelain veneers and by Zoom! in the Zoom! Cosmetic Teeth Whitening technique. He is a cum laude graduate of the College of William and Mary, with baccalaureate degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Theatre. As an undergraduate, he was actively involved in research in the Departments of Microbiology, Physiology and Developmental Biology, as well as in the Organic Chemistry Department at Penn State University. He was a lighting and scene designer for the Theatre Department. He was also a varsity rower on the William and Mary Crew Team. Dr. Pirok currently practices at Pennsylvania Dental Group’s University City Office.
