About Beth M. Skovron, DDS
Dentistry is in Dr. Beth Skovron’s blood. Her father and uncle were dentists, and her mother was a dental hygienist. Once she became a dentist, Dr. Skovron set out to create a new type of dentistry that combines state-of-the-art clinical dentistry with techniques that help eliminate fear and discomfort during your dental visit. She further adds a spa-like experience for the ultimate in relaxation during your time with Dr. Skovron and her exceptional team. Patients often come to her for cosmetic reconstructions as they know she’ll be able to provide the most optimal and functional results with her extensive experience. She’s a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Skovron received awards including “Outstanding Student of the Year” and the “Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Award”. After dental school, she continued her training with a fellowship of oral surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and another residency in advanced restorative procedures at the VA Manhattan New York Manhattan Medical Center. Dr. Skovron adores her profession, and as a result completed her Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry award which shows her commitment to dental continuing education. She also has completed the entire course of study with CEREC DOCTORS and is a CEREC® mentor who instructs other dentists. She’s a SPEAR® graduate as well which is a prestigious school for continued learning in the dental field.When not in the office providing exceptional dentistry in a calming, relaxed environment, Dr. Skovron enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is an avid tennis player and fan of tennis, enjoys yoga, and loves to travel with a goal to visit every country possible while still able to hike and enjoy outdoor adventure. Her son, Quinn is at the University of Tampa pursuing a degree in international business.
