Dr. Arsen Donesa earned his degree from the University of the East College of Dentistry in the Philippines and has been practicing in California for the past 10 years. Dentistry has always been a part of his life. He was born to a family of dentists who greatly influenced his vision, passion and tremendous work ethics.
