Anjali Rajpal, DMD
For me, the most important part of smile design is making sure that my patients walk out with teeth that suit them and that look natural.
Professional Statement
Dr. Rajpal is committed to blending art and science to create healthy smiles that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Because of her interest in painting and sculpture and because she enjoys working with her hands, she finds dentistry to be a natural fit for her. She enjoys the meditative state that intense esthetic designing involves and is comfortable at evaluating shape and design with light and color. Dr. Rajpal received her Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from Tufts University in Boston, MA. This top East Coast school’s curriculum emphasized medical training to ensure that their dentists were trained in understanding how oral health contributes to total body health. In addition to the anatomical and physiological aspects of medical dentistry, Dr. Rajpal has a deep curiosity in the mental needs of her patients. She pursued a B.S. in Biopsychology in the honors program at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor prior to her dental training. Following dental school, Dr. Rajpal continued her education as a General Practice Resident at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. She received advanced training in general dentistry and in the treatment of medically-compromised patients. Dr. Rajpal is currently a member of the ADA, CDA, LADS, Southern California Alpha Omega Dental Society, and Beverly Hills Academy of General Dentistry.
