About Andres M. Ramirez, DDS
Dr. Ramirez is a Prosthodontist (a dental specialist in implant, restorative, and prosthetic dentistry, as well as general dentistry) who brings with him the opportunity for our practice to better take care of our patients by being able to expand the services and the treatments we provide for you. He is a second-generation dentist who grew up exposed to the ins and outs of the profession, participating actively in the management and care of patients treated by his mother, a specialist in Periodontics. He received his dental degree in 1997, pursuing his interest in Esthetic and Restorative dentistry he became part of the Goldstein Center for Implant and Aesthetic Dentistry in Atlanta, Georgia where he received comprehensive training in the science of ceramic veneers and implant-supported restorations. Dr. Ramirez attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston-Dental Branch for four years where he specialized and successfully obtained his Graduate Certificate in Prosthodontic Dentistry and was awarded a Master’s of Science Degree for his research conducted in implant-abutment angulations. He is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society; he enjoys lecturing for local study groups in advanced implant dentistry, and he is dedicated full time to our practice. Dr. Ramirez and his wife, Adriana,have two daughters, reside in the area and his interests outside dentistry now center on his family, golf, tennis and photography. Dr. Ramirez is fluent in English and Spanish (Espanol).
