About Amy L. Ridall, DDS
Dr. Ridall received her dental degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry. Following graduation, she earned her MS in Oral Biology from SUNY Buffalo, awhile working in private practice. Dr. Ridall was then awarded an Individual Dental Scientist Award from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial research to support her combined training in Prosthodontics and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Dentistry and Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. She was awarded her PhD and Certificate in Prosthodontics in 1995. In addition to private practice, she is a member of the Advisory Board for the Pima Medical Institute Dental Hygiene Program as a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics, where she serves as the Coordinator of Implant Programs for all undergraduate and graduate programs. Dr. Ridall is very active in providing Continuing Education for Dentists. She is currently on the faculty of the Zimmer Institute in Carlsbad, CA and has worked extensively with numerous implant companies in coordinating educational programs for dental schools and dental study clubs.
