About amy Munselle, DDS
Dr. Munselle is thrilled and honored to be practicing what she loves here in the beautiful Sonoma County area. She is a native Californian who grew up in Santa Cruz but has since settled up in Sonoma County, where her husband was born and raised. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and in 2008 earned her DDS degree for UCLA School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Munselle joined the US Navy as a Dental Officer, where she serviced for 6 years. She has stationed on Oahu, Hawaii, at Marine Corps Air Station, Kaneohe Bay, and also in Washington State at Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island. She thoroughly enjoyed and is proud of her service in the Navy but in June 2014, she decided to leave military dentistry and pursue her career in dentistry in private practice in Sonoma County with her family.
