About Afshin Azmoodeh, DDS
Dr. Azmoodeh, or “Dr. A” as his patients like to call him, believes that truly great dentistry is built upon a trusting relationship between dentist and patient. If a patient really trusts their dentist, they’ll be more willing to come see them, talk about any issues they’re having, and be able to feel more comfortable at their appointments. That’s why Dr. A likes to spend quality time getting to know each of his patients before recommending any treatments. Of course, all relationships require an introduction, so below, you can start getting to know Dr. A! Dr. A is proud to have been practicing comprehensive dentistry in Carrollton for nearly 20 years. A graduate of the Texas A&M College of Dentistry, he loves that he gets to help improve people’s health, appearance, and confidence every single day. His favorite parts about coming to work is getting to collaborate with a team he truly respects and challenging himself to perform dental procedures to the best of his ability. Despite his decades of real-world experience, Dr. A is constantly seeking to expand his knowledge and skillset through continuing education, which has led him to taking specialized training in implant dentistry (both placement and restoration), dental sleep solutions, and Chao Pinhole gum surgery. This dedication, along with his active membership in the American Dental Association, led him to be nominated as one of “America’s Best Dentists” in both 2015 and 2016!
