About Vera Tarasidis, DDS
Dr. Tarasidis grew up in Radford, Virginia. After graduating from the University of Richmond, she attended the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry where she earned her DDS degree in 1987. Dr. Tarasidis also attended the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where she earned her Certificate in Advanced General Dentistry in 1988. She loved the Richmond area and returned to Midlothian, Virginia, where she has enjoyed serving her patients and their dental needs ever since. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Southside Dental Society, and the American Association of Women Dentists. She and her husband, Scott, have three sons, who attended Midlothian High School and are pursuing college and graduate studies. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Tarasidis enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, and ultimately spending time with her family, including long walks with the family dog, Ajax.
