About Todd R. Halonen, DDS
Dr. Todd was born and raised in Battle Creek and graduated from Lakeview High School and the Battle Creek Area Math and Science Center in 2002. He attended the University of Michigan and finished his B.S. in Biology in 2005. Continuing his education at U of M School of Dentistry, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010 earning awards in implant and crown & bridge dentistry. He enjoys working in all aspects of dentistry. As a Points of Light member dentist for children, Dr. Todd treats nearly all of the children at Halonen Family Dentistry and speaks with pediatricians on how to manage oral health. He has taken advanced courses in All-On-4 Implant Dentures, removable dentures, crown/bridge dentistry, extractions, and everyday diagnosis and treatment planning of advanced tooth wear and full mouth rehabilitations. He is married to Dr. Allison (Dolbee) Halonen, also of Battle Creek, who is a pediatrician at Cereal City Pediatrics in Battle Creek, MI. Drs. Todd and Allison enjoy active lifestyles through running, bicycling, water sports, snow sports, and raising their daughters Madelyn and Koelle.
