Tarik M. Husain, MD, is a board certified plastic surgeon with a subspecialty in hand surgery. Dr. Husain's primary office is in the heart of Miami Beach. Dr. Husain earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles. He then went to Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu to complete his orthopaedic surgery residency. Dr. Husain spent 13 years working as a United States Army orthopaedic surgeon, caring for injured soldiers in Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, and Germany. He proudly served as Deputy Commander, second in charge, for the 212th Combat Support Hospital.
