About Sonia Raina, DMD
I graduated from Dental College in 1995 and have been practicing Dentistry over the last 20 plus years. The opportunity to put a smile on a patients’ face is a very rewarding experience for me. I started my dental education in India and practiced dentistry in Mumbai before coming to the US for my graduate degree. I graduated from Boston University with my D.M.D with honors and on the Dean’s list. I continued to live and practice dentistry in the Boston area till 2008. My husband and I started our westward migration with a stop in Illinois for a few years before arriving and settling in the Bay Area in 2012. I live in beautiful Berkeley with my husband and our two children. Besides dentistry, I love to read, travel and experiment with cooking traditional Indian cuisines. Dentistry is my passion and I love what I do. My team and I share the passion of dentistry with compassion. Our mission is to help our patients with their dental needs in a comfortable office setting.
