About Shin S. Ahn, DMD
Dr. Shin Ahn is so thankful to be working in a field where he gets to help people. He loves his work and he also loves the community that he gets to work in. From a fairly young age, Dr. Ahn knew he wanted to work with people and help make their lives better. He enjoyed science and he also enjoyed the arts and was focused on bringing those two interests together. After High School, Dr. Ahn began working toward his career goals by receiving his bachelor’s in Molecular Genetics from Ohio State University. From there he went to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine on scholarship to receive his DMD. After attaining his DMD, Dr. Ahn decided to head west and go to the University of Southern California School of Dentistry to get trained in advanced specialty in Prosthodontics. When not in his Dental Office, Dr. Ahn enjoys trying his hand at photography, playing the occasional video game and taking his motorcycle out for a spin up into the hills or along the coast.
