About Shazmeena Bangash, DDS
Dr. Bangash (aka Dr. B) is the California girl on our team. She received her D.D.S degree from the University of Southern California in 2005. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to practice dentistry in several different states while following her husband around the country as he pursued his training in Sports Medicine. Along the way, she acquired some additional training herself. In 2010, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the Medical College of Georgia. After spending time in Utah, Georgia, Alabama, and Kentucky, she and her family are glad to finally settle down and call San Antonio home. Lucky for us, she also found her dental home and has happily joined our team. Dr. Bangash enjoys being able to get to know her patients during their visits. Her gentle chairside manner helps them feel more comfortable while having their dental treatment needs addressed. She is a member of the San Antonio District Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. As a busy mom of two young kids, family time is important to Dr. Bangash. In addition to spending time with her husband, daughter and son, she enjoys reading, traveling, and skiing.
