About Sara Banuelos, DDS
Dr. Banuelos obtained her degree in General Dentistry from the University of Guadalajara.She subsequently continued her graduate studies at Loyola University School of Dentistry located in Maywood. While studying there, she also completed the specialty training program in Prosthodontics. Dr. Banuelos held a part-time faculty position as an assistant professor in the Fixed Prosthodontics Department for seven years.Dr. Banuelos has worked in the western suburbs of Chicago for more than twenty years and has various experience in this specific area. She currently practices family dentistry as well as advanced and more complicated cases of Full Mouth Rehabilitation and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Banuelos is affiliated to several study groups and prestigious institutions, which includes the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics. She served an overall three years as a member of the admission committee while participating in the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics. Dr. Banuelos lives in the western suburbs and has two wonderful and grown-up children. In addition, she enjoys cooking, working out, and dancing.
