About Robert F. Harley, DDS
Dr. Robert F. Harley was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. He is a General Dentist who received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Westmont College and Doctorate degree from UCSF in 1983. Settling in the South Bay Area upon graduation he has practiced in the South Bay area for 32 years. Dr. Harley is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and belongs to the Santa Clara Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Association for Orthodontics, Mastertrack AGD, Academy of General Dentistry, and United states Dental Instritute. Dr. Robert Harley has devoted his professional career to all aspects of Family Dentistry with special interests in Orthodontics, Esthetic Dentistry, Implants, Gum Disease, and Root Canal Treatment. To keep abreast of the latest developments in Family Dentistry, he has attended well over a thousand hours of continuing education. The study of new developments in Dentistry has been a passion for him, not just a requirement. Dr. Harley has been married for 16 years to his wife, Sherry. They have two children: Shannon and David. His hobbies include aviation (commercial, instrument rated and current) and fitness.
