About Ramani Gowducheruvu, DDS
Dr. Ramani graduated from New York University College of Dentistry. She decided to do an internship after her dental school in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at King’s County Medical Center, a level I trauma center in Brooklyn, NY. She completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Howard University Hospital, Washington DC. In her residency she worked with Dr. Jeffrey Posnick, a Facial plastic Surgeon at Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington DC. During her chief year of residency she went on a mission trip to Bangladesh to perform Cleft lip and Cleft Palate surgeries with “Surgeons for Smiles” team. Her clinical interests are facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, dental implants/bone grafting, pathology. She is licensed to practice Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Missouri and Pennsylvania. She has active staff privileges at Mercy Hospital, St. Louis. She enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters when she is not working.
