The heart of Natura is Rafaela.- Founder and Head Esthetician of Natura Sugaring Melt & Wax Spa. After coming to the US from Brazil in 2004, Rafaela found there was a true need for the quality, affordable and natural beauty services she was so familiar with back home. Her dream was to open her own spa where she and her estheticians would be able to attend to the needs of all clients. Upon receiving her Esthetician License and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Entrepreneurship.(all at the same time!), she made her dream come true. Opening the original Natura in Pacific Beach, San Diego in 2010. As Natura became a complete success, Rafaela has expanded and added several more locations throughout the San Diego. With hopes for many more to come through Franchising her dream and sharing her passion with new Franchisees. She believes that her passion in the Esthetics field, the desire to provide the best service possible to every client, and the willingness to make customers feel at home, is what makes so many faithful to Natura.
