About Paul S. Wainess, DDS
Dr. Wainess received his bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and his DDS degree both from the University of Michigan . His cosmetic, implant, and family dental practice has been part of the St. Clair Shores community for over 20 years. Patients come from all over the country because of his expertise and the caring and tranquil atmosphere his office provides. “We put people at ease by telling them exactly what they need, but also listening to what they want “ Dr. Wainess says. “I just had a patient who said, ‘You make things so easy, I shouldn’t enjoy being here, but I am!’ Those sentiments mean the world to Dr. Wainess and his dedicated staff. “Patients become like family very quickly,” he says, “My staff is fabulous and patients love them. They make everyone feel welcome and extremely relaxed because of their attentiveness and kindness.” Dr. Wainess spends most of his time rejuvenating smiles through tooth colored composite fillings, whitening, crowns, and ultra-thin porcelain veneers, to name a few. “It’s so gratifying when people look in the mirror and for the first time and see their brand new smile! They cry and hug you, and are so thankful!” He is also trained in treating snoring and sleep apnea (OSA) by using a comfortable oral appliance for those who can’t or won’t wear a CPAP machine. Taking care of his patients’ needs has always been the hallmark of his practice. His professionalism and dedication to health are what makes his office special.
