About Nicola Deck, Aesthetician Specialist
Nicola started her esthetic career during a major turning point in her life. She’d always held a deep desire to help people and had been feeling a need to shake up her corporate career. Then, in December of 2002, she was diagnosed with a rare cancer. This, coupled with her father’s passing due to cancer, was just what she needed to catapult a change. She drew on her lifelong love of spas and skin care and decided that an esthetician was what she needed to be. After 2 surgeries, and months of radiations treatments, Nicola gave her notice, started beauty school and hasn’t looked back! During the early part of her skin care career Nicola was very blessed to work for many of Austin’s most highly rated spas. She gained so much experience and wisdom and developed priceless relationships during those years. Finally, in 2015, Nicola’s longtime dream was realized…She opened Symmetry Brow Bar & Skin Studio. Owning Symmetry allowed Nicola to expand on the services that brought her so much joy (eyebrows!) and introduced the biggest challenge of her career, permanent make-up! Nicola is a nurturing and extremely detail-oriented esthetician and permanent make-up artist. She has an innate ability to put you at ease during hair removal or cosmetic tattooing services and a genuine desire to help improve your skin, your eyebrows, and your daily routine. Nicola sees her whole career as a craft. Her services are all tailored to your individual needs and goals.
