About Nicholas N. Gadler, DDS
Dr. Gadler is a native San Diegan. His is a graduate of St. Martin’s Academy, Helix High School and San Diego State University. He went on to receive his dental degree from USC graduating with honors, ranking #2 in his class. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Houston, Texas. This highly regarded and extensive training encompassed all aspects of facial surgery including but not limited to complex teeth extraction, implant placement, cosmetic facial surgery and facial skeletal surgery and reconstruction. Dr. Gadler’s training also included a surgical externship in Aarhus, Denmark. Dr. Gadler became Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2000. Dr. Gadler is also Board Certified in Anesthesiology and is a member of the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. During his twenty plus years in private practice, Dr. Gadler has tirelessly worked to develop and refine surgical techniques so his patients not only receive the aesthetic benefits but also experience far less trauma and shorter recovery times. Dr. Gadler continues to invest his time and resources to keeping abreast of the latest techniques, instrumentation, technology and medications available to ensure that his practice is providing the best possible care to his patients. The overwhelming majority of Dr. Gadler’s patients report little or no swelling and pain with a recovery time of about 1-2 days after removal of their wisdom teeth. The Fletcher Hills Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Center is a beautiful, new, state-of-the-art, full-scope facility designed with consideration for the patient’s care and comfort in mind. Besides being equipped with the latest surgical equipment and instruments available, the patients enjoy specially designed, contoured, memory foam chairs positioned to enjoy the panoramic view during their treatment. Dr. Gadler enjoys hiking, fishing and camping with his three sons in the same mountains he enjoyed as a child and now views from his office windows. Since his days in Rock n’ Roll bands throughout high school and college he has pursued a love for music. He created a Christmas music CD that received radio play nationally as well as in dozens of countries. One of the songs on the CD even managed to hit a chart.
