About Navid A. Torabian, DDS
Dr. Navid Torabian was born and raised in Sacramento, CA where he developed an early passion for athletics. He pursued a soccer scholarship to UC Irvine where he played division one soccer for a nationally ranked program. As a student athlete, he obtained his BS with honors in Biological Sciences. With a degree in his pocket, Dr. Torabian decided to chase his childhood dream and moved to Northern Germany, where he earned a contract to play professional soccer. Content with his journey as a footballer, he then moved to San Francisco and attended the prestigious University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Torabian graduated in the top 3% of his class with distinct honors in several honors societies. He pursued his education with a surgical AEGD residency program at the VA Medical Center in Long Beach, CA with an emphasis on implant placement. Dr. Torabian enjoys participating in the community through events such as CDA Cares, Give Kids a Smile, and Senior Smiles. Dr. Torabian prides himself on excellent patient care and communication, putting his patients’ needs first. After being away from his hometown for the past decade, Dr. Torabian was eager to come back home to further establish his career in the Sacramento area.
