About Lindsay Bancroft, DDS
Dr. Bancroft was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. Her father was an anesthesiologist and her mom was a pharmacist, so she was familiar with health sciences from an early age. It wasn’t until she shadowed a few local dentists, however, that she considered the dental field as a possible career path. Dr. Bancroft was excited to start a career in a field that would allow her to work with her hands while improving patients’ health. Dr. Bancroft is passionate about improving her practice by attending continuing education courses and using the latest technology and high-quality materials. Dr. Bancroft loves to help educate her patients because she believes that understanding oral health is integral to maintaining it. As she studied dentistry, Dr. Bancroft also pursued her love of music as a hobby. She is a talented violinist and has traveled through Europe on two separate occasions, played with the Symphony Orchestra in college, and was in a quartet that played for the world-renowned Tokyo String Quartet. She has even played in three live concerts with Kanye West! Dr. Bancroft and her husband met in high school and went to SUNY Buffalo together where she received her bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences. After graduating from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, she went on to attend the VA Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for one year as a General Practice Resident. Now, Dr. Bancroft is a member of the ADA, CDA and San Diego County Dental Society. Family is very important to Dr. Bancroft and her husband.
