About Keith G. Wood, DDS
Keith Wood, DDS, is an experienced general dentist with extensive training in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and orthodontics. Dr. Wood moved to beautiful Folsom, California, in 1992, where he built Wood Family Dentistry by restoring a historic house in the tight-knit community. As the son of a dentist, it’s no surprise that Dr. Wood showed an interest in helping others at a young age. He attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, immediately after earning his Bachelor of Applied Science in zoology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 1981. Dr. Wood understands that many people feel fear or anxiety when visiting the dentist. That’s why he takes the time to understand his patients’ needs and make sure they feel comfortable under his care. At Wood Family Dentistry, Dr. Wood provides a variety of dental services for patients of all ages, including teeth whitening, veneers, emergency care, dental implants, oral surgery, and dental crowns. Outside of work, Dr. Wood and his family love exploring Folsom Lake, riding their bikes on the surrounding trails, and dirt biking in the Sierras. He also holds a private pilot’s license and has a deep passion for flying.
