About Karin Hatami, DDS
Dr. Karin Hatami has received numerous awards for her achievements both in her dental profession as well as her accomplishments as an educator. The California Dental Association recognized her for her outstanding academic and clinical accomplishments. Born and raised in Nuremberg Germany, she brings her German focus on quality and hospitality to her Dental Practice. Her passion for dentistry began after a chipped tooth in the 8th grade lead to a visit to her dentist. She was fascinated by how her own dentist had fixed it better than new and decided that her purpose was to change peoples lives through high quality dental care. In 1988, she graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 1992, she earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, receiving Honors Cum Laude.
