About Julie Monroy, DDS
Dr. Monroy grew up in White Lake, Michigan. She knew from a very young age that she wanted to be a dentist. After graduating valedictorian from Our Lady of the Lakes high school, Dr. Monroy attended Oakland University where she graduated from the Honors College. She completed her dental education at the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating in 2007. Dr. Monroy prides herself on delivering compassionate and gentle care. She recognizes many people have a dental phobia and strives to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Throughout her life, she has been called a gentle soul. In her spare time, Dr. Monroy enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and is an avid football fan. She currently resides in Howell with her rescue cats. Dr. Monroy is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Central District Dental Society.
