About John A. Lark, DDS
To provide my patients with the highest quality of dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Dr. Lark attended Michigan Technological University from 1978 to 1982 for his undergraduate studies, eventually transferring to Case Western Reserve University to receive his Bachelor of Arts in 1984. In 1986, he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from CWRU's School of Dentistry. Dr. Lark successfully completed a two-year, hospital-based General Practice Residency at Cleveland Metropolitan/Highland View Hospital, and served as Chief Resident during his second year. For continuing education, Dr. Lark has studied at the L.D. Pankey Institute, Kois Center, and Jackson Study Club. He was awarded his Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1992. Dr. Lark is currently an active member in The Academy of Orofacial Pain and serves on their Sleep Medicine Committee. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and Jackson District Dental Society. Dr. Lark's civic involvement includes helping found the Lenawee Dental Clinic for the underserved, where he was a board member for many years. Dr. Lark and his wife, Claudia, live on a small farm in Adrian Township, where they enjoy raising and growing much of their own food. They have three grown children. Dr. Lark's interests include long distance bicycle touring and fly fishing.
